MAIN OBJECTIVES
- Acts as the CRM advocate and go-to expert for the region
- Ensures accuracy of CRM information with support of Sales Team
- Review, evaluate and prioritize, together with internal stakeholders, any and all CRM enhancements/optimizations
- Creates dashboards and tools for the Sales teams
- Analysis of competition and market activity
- KPI definition and implementation
- Assists the HQ Marketing Department with roll out and creation of the Group Marketing Strategy
- Processes and measures the Group Marketing Actions applicable to the North American region
- Initiate best practice sharing between sales team

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelors Degree Business/Marketing
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in similar positions preferable
Computer/Software- MS Office, Social media savvy, market research reports, web analysis, other databases

Direct reporting to VP, North America
