Crane rail fastening system vertically and laterally adjustable

The patented Gantrex RailLok™ Adjustable Chair fastening system is specifically designed to accommodate the large movements often associated with shifting rail foundations on the less-than-stable ground, often found at ports and other locations. The GANTREX® RailLok™ ”Adjustable Chair” provides a simple and quick method to bring a runway in compliance with the strictest tolerances, namely ISO 12488-1 Class1. This new product compensates for movements of foundations often caused by settling, using a system of shims and elongated holes.

Baltic Hub – Poland

Our North-East European Team just completed the first phase of the Baltic Hub Container Terminal in Poland. We supplied and supervised the installation of an STS crane runway system of more than 700m including our patented Gantrex Raillok™ Adjustable Chair sealed by our Gantrex G35 Grout. The customer also opted for our cable protection system, the Gantrex TrenchLok™, with a steel channel to ensure smooth operation.
